This is an On-the-Spot Event, conducted in association with FIRE@X, the IR association at XLRI, which encompasses a case study in the domain of industrial relations

 

Case Study

 

• Your task is to analyze the case and give your observations and recommendations in PPT format
• The solutions are expected to be original, innovative and relevant to HR and IR concepts
• Based on the solutions received, top 2 teams will be given prizes
• Your entry has to be in PPT converted to PDF format, with not more than 15 slides
• The naming convention is “TeamName_Institute name”
• The document should contain details (phone numbers and email addresses) of all the members

 

• The event is open to management graduate students
• A team must consist of exactly 3 participants and all the participants in a team have to be from the same institute
• Any team or individual cannot be a part of more than one entry. Each entry involving such duplications is liable for disqualification

The deadline for the final submission would be 10th November, 2011
