If you live and breathe KRAs, KSAs and KPIs, here is your chance to be enthroned as the ultimate HR strategist and call the shots.

   

Online Round

• The online round will be an HR case study.
• Your task is to analyze the case and give your observations and recommendations. The solutions are expected to be original, innovative and relevant to HR concepts
• Based on the solutions received, the top 6 teams will be shortlisted for the on campus round
• The submission has to be in PPT converted to PDF format. The naming convention is “TeamName_Institute name”. The PDF should contain details (phone numbers and email addresses) of all the team members

 

On-Campus Round

The shortlisted teams will make a presentation before a panel of judges based on the above case study. Further details will be communicated to the shortlisted teams on a later date.

• The event is open to management graduate students to participate in a 2-phase contest
• A team must consist of exactly 2 participants and both participants have to be from the same institute
• Any team or individual cannot be a part of more than one entry. Each entry involving such duplications is liable for disqualification
• The total analysis should not exceed 12 slides of PPT converted to PDF including cover page. Make suitable assumptions where necessary

Reimbursement Policy

• All participants visiting XLRI will be reimbursed to and fro 3rd AC rail fares upon submitting a copy of their tickets
• For those travelling by flight, 3rd AC rail fares will be reimbursed upon submitting a copy of their boarding pass
• The shortest distance between the participant's B-School and XLRI will be considered
• The to and fro reimbursement together for an individual will be capped at Rs. 2500/-
