Teach For India is spearheaded by the best and brightest young professionals and college graduates. Supporting Teach For India every step of the way, and helping build an unwavering nationwide movement, is a dedicated team of staff. Ensemble 2011, in keeping with its theme "Bridging the gap", brings to you ETHOS, an online case study competition, open to over 100 B-schools. Up for grabs is a chance to work in the dynamic Communications Team at Teach For India, not to mention prize money of Rs 10,000!!

 

Event Description

The event will be an online case study. Your task is to analyze the case and give your observations and recommendations. There is no specific problem statement as such. The solutions are expected to be original, innovative and relevant. The best entries will be judged by Teach For India representatives.

  • The event is open to management graduate students only
  • A team must consist of a maximum of 2 participants and all the participants of a team must be from the same institute
  • Any team or individual cannot be a part of more than one entry. Each entry involving such duplications is liable for disqualification
  • The entries have to be mailed to ensemble.ethos@gmail.com with the subject ETHOS_TEAM NAME_INSTITUTE NAME
  • The submission has to be in PPT converted to PDF format. The naming convention is ETHOS_TEAM NAME_INSTITUTE NAME
  • The introduction slide should contain the following details
    • Team Name
    • Institute Name
    • Names of the team members
    • Email IDs of all the team members
    • Mobile Numbers of all the team members
  • There is no limit on the number of slides in the PPT (converted to PDF)
  • Deadline for case study submission: 23:59:59 hours, 13th November 2011

Communications at Teach For India encompass a wide variety of stakeholders. From media and marketing to donor relations, social media to organizational culture building, Fellowship recruitment campaigns to Government relations - the Communications team has a diverse audience which makes the role dynamic, exciting and multidimensional. Along with the rewards of seeing live campaigns, articles and events being recognized nationwide, knowing that communications is geared towards eliminating educational equity gives our role in Teach For India a higher purpose in spreading awareness and generating enthusiasm about the movement.
