Clairvoyant

Shell in association with Ensemble 2011 brings to you 'Clairvoyant, the online Sales and Marketing event' under the aegis of the Marketing Association of XLRI, popularly known as MAXI

 

A virtual battleground for all the Sales and Marketing aficionados, Clairvoyant is a test of knowledge, quick wits and risk appetite of the competitors.

 

Format

 

  • Each of the Teams will be provided with a case brief, which details the Virtual market conditions, set of decisions required of the teams and the judging criteria of the game.
  • The Online Simulation would have two rounds; with teams having to submit their set of decisions as given in the rules by filling up the input Excel Sheets for each round.
  • After each round the teams will be mailed back a set of output sheets, which will help them, gauge their relative performance & take decisions for the next round.
  • The teams will get around one day to decide & submit their entries for each round.
  • The event is a team game; a team can have maximum 2 students.
  • All the participants in a team have to be from the same institute but not necessarily from the same batch.
  • Any team or individual cannot be a part of more than one entry. Each entry involving such duplications is liable for disqualification.
  • The decision of the Ensemble team is final should there be any discrepancy.

Date of Registration: 23:59:59 hours, November 6

 

Round 1 Simulation: 05:00 hours, November 7 to 06:00 hours, November 8

 

Round 2 Simulation: 05:00 hours, November 9 to 06:00 hours, November 10

First Prize: - Rs.10000

 

Second Prize - Rs.5000
